The QI Support Team is available to assist users with a range of issues including running the software, indicator definition clarification, theoretical questions on the indicators, and interpreting results. Every message will be read and followed up in an appropriate manner. Before contacting support we suggest visiting the Frequently Asked Questions page as you may find your question already answered there.

Quality Indicators (QIs) support also has a voice mailbox that can also be reached by phone from within the USA.  The phone number is (888) 512 - 6090.  Messages are responded to within three business days. 

Project Support Team

The support team for the AHRQ QIs combines some of the developers of the QIs with technical experts from Battelle Memorial Institute, Stanford University and UC-Davis working in conjunction with AHRQ personnel.
